NATURALLY GLUTEN-FREE BEERS

Autumn Brewing Co. is based in the North East of England and is dedicated to producing high-quality gluten-free beers and lagers using only the best NATURALLY gluten-free brewing malts and ingredients. Having become part of the Black Storm family in September 2018, its pioneering work is being further developed to produce outstanding beers that showcase what is possible in gluten-free brewing.

There are presently 3 beers in the award-winning ALT BREW range – a light and refreshing Bavarian Style Pilsner, a more traditional English Pale Ale, and a cocoa and coffee flavoured Dark Roast Stout. These premium beers are created to appeal to consumers, whether they observe a gluten-free lifestyle, or whether they are just looking for great beers made from the ALTernative BREWing grains, rice, millet and quinoa.

We know that many craft ale drinkers like the option of their beer in cans, so we have recently launched Alt Brew 01 and 02 in our newly designed 330ml cans, with Alt Brew 03 following at the end of January 2019. Look out for further developments in 2019. We’d always love to hear your thoughts on what products you’d like to see.

Alt Brew beers use the highest quality naturally gluten-free brewing malts available. These malts are sourced from 2 specialist artisan maltsters in the USA, Eckert Malting & Brewing Company and Grouse Malt House.

Both maltsters have their sites accredited as gluten-free production facilities through the Gluten-Free Certification Organisation (GFCO) scheme which is run by the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG). More information about GFCO can be found at  http://www.gfco.org

Autumn Brewing Co. is the first company in Europe, to import and use these naturally gluten-free brewing malts to produce the finest quality gluten-free beers and lagers.

BAVARIAN STYLE PILSNER
BREWED FROM RICE & QUINOA
ABV 4.5% 330ML

A refreshing, light and easy drinking pilsner with a sweetness in aroma and flavour. Naturally gluten-free Californian rice malts and German Tettnang hops give a smooth bitterness and a clean finish.

ENGLISH PALE ALE
BREWED FROM RICE & QUINOA
ABV 4.6% 330ML

A light golden ale brewed using the finest naturally gluten-free Californian rice malts and traditional English hops. Additional Cascade hops give a subtle twist to the aroma and flavour of this bittersweet ale.

Dark with a subtle nutty aroma, the naturally gluten-free artisan millet malts give a depth to the roasted flavour, with a hint of dark chocolate and dry finish.
