Alcohol Shipping Policy

A Challenge 25 Policy is in place upon delivery, the customer will be required to provide credible photographic proof of age evidence such as a passport or photographic driving licence. The delivery agent may also refuse to deliver alcoholic products to anyone who appears intoxicated, or if it is suspected that the alcohol is being supplied to anyone under the age of 18.
A person commits an offence if they buy or attempt to buy alcohol on behalf someone under 18. It is also an offence for a person to buy or attempt to buy alcohol for someone under 18.

Return & Exchange Policy

To return merchandise goods, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Regarding any beer, cider or spirit goods, if there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us.

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us and we will issue either a resend of the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.

If an order is upgraded beyond standard delivery, to Next Working Day or Saturday Delivery options, and it fails to be delivered on time (see checkout page for definitions of when these orders will be delivered) you are due a refund of the difference between the standard delivery charge and the upgraded delivery charge.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

As our online gift vouchers are issued as a code (sent automatically when placing the order) we are unable to offer a refund on these purchases.

All returns must be started within 14 days of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
